Yarway Trust
The Yarway Asbestos Personal Injury Trust was organized to process, liquidate, and pay all valid asbestos personal injury claims for which Yarway Corporation has legal responsibility. The Trust was created in 2015 as a result of the confirmation of the Yarway Corporation Chapter 11 Joint Plan of Reorganization (the “Plan”). The purpose of the Trust is to provide fair, equitable and substantially similar treatment for all Asbestos Personal Injury Claims that may presently exist or may arise in the future in substantially the same manner.
